We provide custom orders for all occasions or, perhaps you have a favorite soap that you don't want to be without. If that's the case, we are thrilled to provide you with your heart’s desire. We love custom orders! This is our chance to see how artistic and creative you can be.

In some cases, if we are out of stock or do not carry the colors or fragrances that you request, we will do our best to order them for you, if at all possible. If for whatever reason, these items are not available through our suppliers, we will work with you to find a suitable substitution. It is our number one goal to make you happy.

For items that we do not carry, please allow time for our suppliers to process and ship them to us. Once we have them, your custom order will be freshly made within 24 hours.

Please note: Because all custom orders are freshly made, we are not permitted to ship the item, in the case that it is one of our handmade artisanal soaps until it has sat on our curing rack for three weeks’ time. We only want to provide you with the best long-lasting product, so patience is greatly appreciated.

If there is any soap in our shop that you love just as it is, and would like to have it in a loaf form, we will be more than happy to make it for you.

Please note: No handmade item can be duplicated to an exact, so please expect slight variations in color, design, and scent.

We can ship your loaf of soap as a whole for you to cut into desired sizes or we can cut it for you.

To place an order for a custom item, please contact us. Please be sure to add your name, email address and telephone number. If you would prefer to be contact through one or the other, please specify. We will contact you no later than 48 hours to discuss your order.
