All of our handmade products
are unique and one of a kind.
What this means: If you purchase
an item from our store, it will not be an exact duplication because of its
handmade and unique nature. You will receive a variation of the product, which
can be in color, weight, shape and scent.
Sense of smell differs from
person to person. For example: What smells like peaches to me, may smell like
raspberry to you. We try our best to describe each fragrance as accurately as
possible and because of sanitary and health reason, we are not permitted to
refund or exchange your product, so please be certain of the product you choose
before confirming your order. However, if there has been a mistake on our
behalf, please contact us immediately and we do our best to resolve this issue
in a timely manner.
Your computer monitor’s settings maybe
different from ours, so if your product arrives lighter or darker in shade,
this is the reason behind it. We try our best to describe each and every one of
our products so you'll know exactly what to expect.
Shipping:
Orders are processed within 24
hours of receipt and shipped within 3-5 working business days, unless it is
prohibited by an act of God or uncontrollable circumstances. If this ever
becomes the case, we will notify you via e-mail.
International orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt
and shipped within 3-5 working business days, unless prohibited by an act of

If at all possible, to lessen the
cost of shipping for international orders, we will adjust shipping price and
refund any monies owed to you.

responsible for items shipped to an incorrect postal address provided on your
behalf or deemed undeliverable due to incomplete address.
We will not
be held responsible for items that are left at your door by courier that shows
a proof of delivery receipt in our system. If your courier tries to deliver packages
on multiple days without success due to a signature being needed or no one
being home, the package will be returned to us for non-delivery. You will be
responsible for paying shipping cost to have it sent out again.
